Our group ran the Ragnar Relay (200 miles total) two days prior to this yoga class and really needed restorative yoga. Naomi was extremely prepared and knowledgeable regarding runners needs. She used past experience and also one on one brief coaching sessions to find out what we all needed. The attention she paid to us was just what we needed. We especially loved how she took time to capture our group photos, massaged us with essential oils, and had cool eucalyptus cloths for our eyes in Shavasana. We loved our experience! Thank you so much for the restorative yoga.
