Teacher instruction (s), the heat was great thus making it more relaxing easier to focus I'm me & what I should, shouldn't, can, can't be doing yet. Taking my time, learning to remind myself everyday my body is different everyday. Don't do anything if I'm not quite ready for it. Be & stay in the moment.
