I love Yen yoga. There are a few things though that would make it better. Like offering more desirable yoga classes (vinyasa flow or slow burn) during the times that most people get done with work like 4:30/5:00. Also, I could do without the challenges. It creates overcrowded classes and hallways. The studio is already super busy. No need to make it more chaotic. Last, I would suggest teachers mixing up the routines and music. It can get quite routine. Thanks for listening.
