The class and Amanda (the instructor) were both wonderful. It would be nice to have more space to move for some poses so feet and arms are not bumping the people next to us.

Yen offers a variety of workout classes- I love that it is all encompassing. I can do core, yoga, cycling, and mindfulness all in one spot! The instructors are fabulous and the environment is warm and welcoming. Equipment is clean.
