Going to Yen Yoga has changed my life both Spiritually and Physically. The Instructors and Staff are so passionate and joyful....they lift me up with encouragement every time I'm there. The classes are amazing and versatile giving the opportunity to mix things up and change with all the beautiful seasons of Northern Michigan. I feel like I'm a part of a big family! Every member is there by choice with goals & objectives to be a better person and make this world a better place. Yen Trainers and Staff have big wonderful hearts that beat with passion every time we walk through the doors❤️Much Gratitude and many thank yous ...and by the way ... let's throw in a bundle of Blessings🥰

The environment is so welcoming and each instructor ensures that you’re comfortable in their class and emphasize “do what feels right for you” or “practice what your body is needing in this moment”. The bathroom and changing room are very clean as well.
