I attended Cardio Barre and Matt is just great. His class is a great workout, the atmosphere is wonderful and it's such a safe & fun environment to work in.

Because Yen Yoga is the best studio I have been to. I have practiced yoga for 20 years in different places and have never found the combination of spirit/space/specialness of Yen. Instructors are amazing, staff is present and the respect for space is wonderful.

I just love yen! All of the staff are always so welcoming and show a genuine interest in thier customers. It's a clean and tidy establishment and the instructors are helpful and great! I honestly have no complaints.
