The instructor, Jen Hasse, I believ it was, was so wonderful, giving attention to detail to ever improve one’s practice, as well as adding options to push and explore, or stay on your comfort zone, give any individual preference/need. The facilities also are clean and welcoming my pleasant for yoga practice. The variety of class types is nice, though some times I can come there aren’t always be classes I want available, or they may be already filled.

I love Yen Yoga. I love my classes, they make me feel good about myself. Becky, and Emily are my favorites. The studio is so peaceful and clean.
