I always feel great after I come to a yoga class. I just wish the evening warm Yen classes on Monday were a little warmer

Every time I walk through the doors of Yen I feel welcomed. I absolutely love the classes Temple & Emily teach. They are amazing. I look forward to trying to step out a bit further & try to challenge myself more in the future. Keep up the beautiful work you are doing Yen!!
