A friend invited me to join the free meditation hour offered Sunday morning. I found the entire experience relaxing and rejuvenating. From checking in at the front desk to the end of the session, everyone I interacted with was peaceful and welcoming. This was my first experience with guided mediation in a group setting and I felt completely at ease. The facility is lovely and I would certainly recommend giving it a try. Thanks!
