It was smart to offer classes initially for free since 1) so many people are stressed and trying a new technology is intimidating and 2) because so many people have been hit hard economically and may not spend money on self-care even though it is needed now more than ever. It was smart/thoughtful also to offer such reasonable pricing for streaming after the free intro period for the same reason 2 above. The quality of instruction is also very high - and the use of the technology will improve over time (sound quality of music) as will determining how best to support clients (do you coach or just demonstrate or both, for example). I have a tremendous amount of respect for what Yen Yoga is doing to support the community and I hope in turn that the community is able to support the instructors.

I think it is great to be able to do this online for those of us who can't attend classes due to distance or other issues. As a total beginner I would love to see a video explaining some of the terms and poses.
