First of all I love how Crystal implements mind-body-soul connection in her classes. I also feel that the front desk staff is very customer friendly and helpful. I also appreciate that the yoga rooms and showers are kept very clean. Thank you for the excellent service😍

Emily was amazing! Sometimes new yoga classes can feel intimidating. I walked in and she said, "hey girl!" And I immediately thought, "yes. This is the place!"The class itself was revitalizing. I don't live in TC, but visit often, and will definitely be back.
