Not a lot of just basic yoga classes offered. I'm an experienced yogi, but would be nice to just do a basic class with or without heat. Gentle is too gentle for me. Just a basic yoga flow

On vacation we dropped in, we were somehow fit into the class we wanted when the space was limited. We appreciated it so so much. Will recommend and will be back!!
