I enjoy classes at Yen yoga but wasn’t sure if this was in relation to regular classes or my Yoga Nidra training with Stephanie Lynn. If it was for TT with Stephanie it’s a 10!

I like the size of the class and that recommendations and demonstrations were done to give the participant options to modify to their own level.
