The class was completed by Mary Karsten who was a sub for the class. Mary was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, peaceful, and calming. Mary is the perfect instructor for yoga and I would attend every one of her classes! When you walk out of a yoga class feeling completely like you're in Heaven and relaxed, what else could you ask for? Someone in the class even mentioned they literally cried tears of joy because the class was so great! Can't wait to come back to see Mary!
