I had a great session with Torin and always feel so much better once I work out.
It was well balanced class, since I had been away for over 5 weeks we worked on a few body parts and it felt so positive to be back at the Yard ! Thank you !
Guy working the front is an absolute stud, dont know his name but he likes Kaytranada and thats all it takes
