• I have never been charged for cancelling a booking but I know you have that policy. It's a bit annoying that I hesitate to book a class because 'life' might happen and I may not be able to make it, and after paying the subscription fee, I would not want to be charged for not showing up. Without this policy, I would have rated ILK a 10. The instructors are awesome, really helpful and bring the energy.
