• The coaches are very polite & respectful, they work with everyone no matter how long you've been there. They don't run you into the ground or shame you for taking a lot of breaks. It's very clean & the coaches actually care!

• I may not have too much experience in going to many kickboxing classes, but for any group workout I know I want to be challenged. This was a fast paced, fun, and challenging workout. I will definitely be back for more!
