• It took a bit for someone to greet me so I was a little bummed about that. I was standing at the desk and people kept looking at me but just kept talking and joking without welcoming me in. Mike and Linsie invited me to take a free class so I was looking for one of them. I was feeling very intimidated as I noticed all the bags and I looked around watching people wrap their hands so I almost walked out because no one was acknowledging me. Then Rhonda ran over and greeted me! She had me feel out the form and gave me instructions on what to expect. She told me to move at my own pace snd not to worry. Then during the class she came to a bag next to me and would step over and teach me each technique. Rhonda saved the day! I was very grateful for her instruction and kindness. I enjoyed how everyone in the class would talk and joke and felt familiar with one another. It was very comfortable! Mike turned out to be really great as well. He eventually walked over and introduced himself and told me to let him know if I had any questions. He knew my name too! I was glad he remembered inviting me and that I was not just another random person. I appreciated the personalization and acknowledgment. He was motivating, supportive, friendly, smiley, courteous and fun. I enjoyed his music choice and how he had everyone welcome me at the end. I appreciated the acknowledgement as I had NEVER done anything like this before. The class went by so fast because I enjoyed it so much. I will definitely recommend your fitness facility to others. • The atmosphere was great when I walked through the door. The workout was fun with a great music selection. Mike kept everyone motivated during the workout. He took his time to show me how to do the punches. Overall great experience!!!
