• Our trainer was amazing he was mindful that we where beginners and trained us perfectly he's awesome! I also loved that there was a class available for my work schedule! That's the most important part because I still want to stay healthy and in shape but it's hard because we have long day schedules but 7 worked for us so thank you for remaining open for us
