• The results speak for themselves, if you put in the work. The instruction, encouragement, and help from the entire staff are A+. Almost all of the members are kind and supportive, but for the love of Pete, can someone omit the Whitney Houston (love her, but...) and slow songs off the playlist, please. Don't cut me, there's a place for those, and it's not while trying to maximize our calorie burn! ;) Also, HIGHWAY TO HELL plays like it's a current top 40. At least it's not playing in the kids class, anymore. If I make some friends outside of the gym, I'll be bringing 'em.
