• The coaches took the time to give me 1:1 instruction since it was my first class and spent time after asking questions and the workouts - my whole body is sore so I know I'm getting a whole body workout and that's why I joined. I have a long journey ahead of me to lose the weight but I'm excited and appreciate the warm welcome and help!
