I absolutely loved taking class at iLKB. From the second you walk in the door, the coaches are upbeat and encouraging you to feel good and work hard, No matter what kind of week you’re having outside of the gym, they help you focus on one hour that you have given to yourself to be challenged and have fun. Class is non-judgmental and creates an inviting atmosphere to anyone of any shape, size, or gender. Everyone who comes in, is there to focus on their personal growth. I’ve done it all...other gyms, home workouts, to personal trainers. So far. ILKB is the one I’ve stuck with the longest. I highly recommend trying a class!
