The people who work there and their amazingly positive attitudes beget this whole amazing positivity on everyone who comes in. The people who work there and the people who take the classes are all just so nice, warm, positive and goal oriented. It's not just a place to go work out. It's a safe place that's different than the rest of the world. And I feel like I'm home when I'm there.
