I had such great workout , everyone was super nice I didn't feel out of place, even though it was just my first class. I almost cancelled because I didn't want to feell like the new girl in school, overwhelmed or intimidated , the ladies were very encouraging and helpful, I didn't feel judged. They made me feel very comfortable, beig that it was my first time ever taking a kickboxing class and didn't know what to expect. I glad I didn't cancelled
