• My daughter had such an amazing experience at the 7:30pm hip hop class. Not only was it highly engaging and fun, she put a motivational speech the instructor said yesterday and applied that in her studio session today. He told the class something about “it’s not about the hard hits all the time, it’s about putting a bit of yourself and taking that moment into that hard hit that’s also important” I’m not sure if that’s what was exact but she applied that today and was inspired. So thank you
