• Still wanted to give a promoter score because overall the owners and staff are incredibly kind and accommodating to me and they provide high quality product and service. Couldn't ask for better. The reason I didn't give a 10 is that I had a weft come out so I brought it with me to my appt and we decided to keep it out for now. I expected to take it home because I paid for it already and forgot to grab it before I left. I went back inside to grab it and they said they were keeping it there. There wasn't any explanation as to why so that would've helped, but the hair is worth a couple hundred dollars and I wasn't given any type of receipt or claim ticket to get it back later. I'm sure it's common and not a huge deal but it felt odd when I thought about it after I left.

• I LOVE everything about Xtension Envy. The only reason not a 10 is price. With monthly maintenance color and product prices and tip it gets rather pricey. For some this is not an issue but for me it is.
