• All employees aside from the red head, in Karen's spot, was kind, caring and supportive. If she were my stylist, I would have given her an 8. :( She came by to see my hair growth, all she commented on was my still having some sores.. Christine jumped in stating that there were sure less of them!! Being in the service industry like myself... there is no doubt, that she wears her emotions on her sleeve and judgment on her face..... made me sad....no excuses, even if she is having a bad day. Otherwise, you are all a fun organized !!!! I do need to come in for a bit of a fix.. there is a small area on the top of my head that needs a bit of color... not urgent... barely see it. I would just like to have it covered up!!! Wishing all of you a wonderful week, and hats off to Christine for doing such an Amazing job on my new style!!!!! Thank you!!!

• Great service and great hair quality! I had an appt for consultation and accommodated my request to get my extensions put in the same day by having Michelle come in and get them done.
