Xtend Barre Boca Raton

This is the most absolutely stunning studio with an upbeat positive energy and chic atmosphere.
Walking in you are greeted by friendly receptionist that welcome you by name. Top technology ipads are used to check in to classes.

The classes are in a spacious, well air conditioned room with plenty of mats and props for everyone.

Prive lessons (one on one) are absolutely amazing if you want to focus more on a specific muscle group or have an injury. I have been working with Andreina Capriles and I look forward to it every week!

One of my favorite classes is the "Barre Technique Class". This class focuses on proper body positions and correct alignment of your spine while doing each exercise to ensure your workout is the best it can be. This class is great for beginners and helps introduce Barre terminology which helps tremendously in other classes so no one ever feels left behind or that the class is moving too fast.

Once you try Xtend Barre in Boca Raton you will fall in love.

Does anyone know why it closed? The reformer class was really impressive and great for those of us with back and joint issues. Although, it was disappointing it wasn't included in any of the package options other than monthly unlimited.

Top notch, beautiful studio with so many classes offered. I normally do apparatus classes at another studio, but I joined my best friend for a Pilates mat class at this studio today since she regularly comes. It's beautiful inside, with changing rooms, numerous lockers, bottle filling stations, a huge room for classes, an open reformer room, and cute merch to purchase. Since it was my first time here, it was a $25 BOGO special, so I'll be back! The class was high paced, high energy, loud, and challenging. I broke a sweat.

I've thoroughly enjoyed every class I've taken here! The teachers are full of energy and they give their all during every class. Definitely one of the best workouts you can get. High energy classes; you'll definitely be sweating by the time you leave.

Take advantage of the two week unlimited class special for new clients. $49 and it's definitely worth it. Drop in classes are ridiculously expensive at $25 a pop. $15 with student discount. They'll charge you a $15 fee if you late cancel or don't show up to a class you signed up for, so definitely plan ahead. Staff is friendly, but one employee told me there wasn't a fee to freeze your membership for a month (I was traveling out of town) and then it ended up being $25 to freeze it. Not a huge deal, but I would have liked to know ahead of time.

I tried a barre class here one Saturday. The studio is very nice: clean, modern, and spacious. The girl at the front desk was very nice and I liked the lockers. It looked like the parking could be an issue during busy times. I was not greeted by the instructor before the class, which I didn't like. I am five months postpartum. I have been doing barre for around 5 years elsewhere before I moved to Boca, so I knew what I was doing, but if it had been my first it should been known. I liked that the class was a combination of cardio and strengthening. I thought some of the moves were a little too fast, but it was a good workout.

This was an awesome class. Cassie was great and energetic and I really had one of the best work outs I've had in awhile!

This is my life saver. Xtend Barre instructors and staff are amazing. They excellent trainers and amazing professionals. Andrea the owner is fabulous, as they say it starts at the top. The salon is clean and very comfortable. I love the classes and reformer. Xoxo

Great workout and very good staff! I took 3 classes last week with three different teachers and they were all terrific!!

Love, love, love this place. Wide variety of unique barre classes in addition to the classic Xtend barre. All of the instructors are amazing. Routines constantly change so your body won't ever get used to what you're doing. Laurie Alfano's classes are the best!!! Andrea Rogers truly created something special with Xtend and nothing compares to it! I take spin classes at Flywheel and decided to also try their FlyBarre and did not like it at all. Xtend is a combination of ballet, Pilates, and resistance. You'll see results right away. The customer service is impeccable as well. Try it, you'll love it!

I love Xtend Barre so much! I started coming over a year and a half ago and have never looked back. I was a runner but got injured and quickly became tired of my gym routine. Xtend has given me results that I never saw from running or going to the gym 5x a week. Every class is different and every instructor is amazing. Every instructor will work with you through any injuries or impediments you have to get the most out of your workout. The studio is now even offering Pilates reformer classes which are both fun and challenging. The clientele are diverse and friendly, and the front desk staff are incredibly sweet and helpful. I truly I have only good things to say about the studio - come check it out for yourself!
