  • HI- I was very happy with Jenny and my service. I didn't have a great customer experience when I went to pay (this was not by Jenny but another woman at the front desk). I was using a gift card and she said my gift card had no value. I questioned this as I didn't think I had used it yet. After me continually questioning this she re-typed the number into the system and found out it did have $ on it. She then bent my gift card and threw it in the garbage. I asked her how much was on it and she said $100 but my total bill was $54. So she got it out of the garbage, unbent it and gave it back to me and said she needed to "slow down". This really left a bad taste in my mouth since I had no real way to prove the gift card had $ on it and it was only her trying one more time to appease me did she realize she missed a number. Then to bend the card and throw it away when it still had $46 left on it was also not a great way to end the transaction. Is there any way to improve your processes so no other customers have to go through this when they check out? Or train your front desk people better?
  • Angela is an excellent technician and person. She always makes me feel very welcome and comfortable. The reception folks and other technicians are always very helpful, cheerful and welcoming too! It's a great atmosphere all around and I always feel well taken care of.
