• I didn't realize how much I needed to take care of myself so I cantake care of others. I work as a caregiver taking care of theelderly's needs making sure their needs are met at the end of myshift. My mas·seuse Treated me with so much respect, she was kind,calm, and attentive. I was there for a massage and a facial, after themassage I felt great, I was calmed, relaxed, cleared headed. I am soready to go to work tomorrow, I will be a better caregiver, I can justfeel it.
