I came back for my second visit with Michael for a pedicure and it was wonderful. I also brought my friend who had a gel manicure and she loved it. We will both be back.

This might have been the best experience I have ever had at a salon. It was a relaxed and fun environment. Joanna not only is extremely talented but she makes the time in the chair fly by. She was so willing to listen to the vision I had for my hair and do everything she could to bring it to life. The next day I got so many compliments!

Well it was my first time there and honestly it was great. Kim my hair dresser did an amazing job like I am very happy with my hair! I'm very happy, everyone was so nice and I loved the store itself.

Booked a last minute appointment and the staff was incredibly accommodating and fit me in! They were fantastic with my son who had to tag along and were very nice :) Explained what i wanted- and received a beautiful haircut.

Joanna is absolutely outstanding! She 1000% transformed my blah, unkempt hair into a style I actually get compliments on regularly! She did an amazing job with the color -- she suggested balayage upon me admitting I am a new mom who is horrible at keeping up with my hair. She gracefully removed several inches of my limp nest of a mane, and she carefully created a shorter cut that I can fit into a ponytail, yet requires little effort to look great worn down. She recommended some fantastic products that fit my lifestyle and hair type flawlessly, but was not even remotely pushy about me purchasing anything (although thankfully I did and LOVE the items). To top it off, Joanna is a pleasure to spend a few hours with... Very down to earth, friendly, and a great listener! Oh! And I almost forgot to mention the salon is gorgeous, has EASY parking, and I got to sip on a cappuccino while my hair set! Thanks so much for an exceptional experience fixing the hair I had neglected for over a year (EEK!)... I cannot express how strongly I recommend that you book an appointment with her : ) I will definitely be back, and I won't be waiting a year+ this time around and will totally be indulging in a glass of wine during my appointment!!!

Received a MAJOR transformation with Nanci this weekend, and I'm so glad I waited over 15 years for this!!! The cut, color, everything was amazing. I love that she took her time, explained what she was thinking while also letting me give my non professional opinion for what I was looking for, she made me feel at ease instantly with her warm personality & attention to detail. It turned out better than I could have ever hoped!! The whole salon was beautiful as well, the girls at the desk, Hayley and Bailey were great. They were both extremely friendly the second i walked in. Bailey was watching what Nanci & other stylists were doing as she is in their training program & I think that is fantastic that they're encouraged to do that. I can't wait to come back! My new favorite salon!!

Having moved to the area several years ago, I was still traveling several hours to have my original hairdresser do my hair (needless to say, my hair became neglected pretty quickly). Growing sick of split ends and the like, I scheduled an appointment at My Reis at the recommendation of several friends. I saw Cat for my appointment, and she was fantastic! Great in her knowledge of hair and the products and extremely friendly, Cat will have a new customer for time to come. The rest of the staff - including the girls at the front desk - were also very welcoming.
