Renee was very helpful, nice, patient. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me in detail. She asked if I had any questions. She also gave me her phone number in case I had any questions. I texted her that evening due to having a headache and she was very helpful in telling me what I could do. She also checked on me the very next day to see how I was feeling.

I think I'm your oldest client I have been with you from the beginning! Sarah is now the owner but she was a worker bee when I met her many years ago! Over all of these years her work ethic has not changed- if anything it's been enhanced! I have always been impressed with the services! yesterday I did the turbo and laid in a hot bed sweating my butt off but it was worth every minute! I woke up this morning I had lost 2 pounds and 14 inches! I recommend this place to everyone!
