• I've been a member of Worx for many years. I've always enjoyed the variety of classes that are offered, the quality and high energy of your instructors and the cleanliness of the gym. Even though I may not take advantage of your facility as often as I would like due to health issues, Worx is the only gym for me. Thanks for the great job!

• Because I get so much out of my private sessions with Kari. She is very educated with how the human body works when combined with targeted exercise. Kari's time with me has allowed my body to function more fluidly, safely and confidently. Kari is worth every penny of my private sessions. I feel fortunate that our paths have crossed! Also, Yoga has become an absolute for me, thanks to the encouragement Janel brings to her classes. Her level of expertise is obvious, but she never has her students do more than their bodies will allow. She always says, "This is your practice". I NEVER liked yoga until I tried out her classes. Now, I miss it when I am able to attend a class of hers!
