• Staff was kind and welcoming as always. I participated in Rachael's core and glute training workshop, and was met with fun and challenging exercises accompanied by Rachael's kind and supportive coaching. I certainly got what I paid for, as stairs and laughing are a challenge for me the day after. Would never join any other gym in the Valley.
