• I love west side AM Power Pump with all the instructors!!!! Makes my day and they are all so excellent. GREAT energy...HOpe to get in shape and make my back and abs stronger! My husband enjoys the weight machines. We are middle aged to oder and use to be athletes..aging joints and your Worx is perfect..so many role model older folks there in AMAZING shape!!
