• Workout 1 is a great community full of caring and thoughtful people, the trainers are consistently present and there no turn over which I believe adds to the community feel. You know each time you come in who is going to be teaching your class and what to expect from the WO1 staff, each trainer has something different to offer and they make every work out fun and exciting and that's is saying a lot for 5:45 am classes! I have worked out for the past 10 years in differing methods and places through out the area but nothing has felt as fun, challenging and rewarding as WO1. From innovative fast paced workouts, caring staff, friendly competitions to constantly evolving workout formats WO1 is the only place you need if your looking to get fit and have fun!
