• The price point is really great for multiple different circumstances / packages, trainers are educated and personable, workouts are fun, challenging, and packed (yet flexible to all abilities). The only reason why I did not give it a 10 is because I have not experienced too much interaction with other members during classes - but I’m new so I probably don’t have a great “full picture” of the community yet!

• I have no idea how to work out so the fact that I don't have to think for myself and somebody is showing me and is right there if I have any questions and support you get from the coaches is awesome. The fact that they say do it at your own pace do it at your own skill your own ability makes it a lot easier for someone like me
