• My experience was as my first day there, I was treated by a knowledgeable lady K (sorry I forgot her full name). K intrudused me to the workout equipment and how to use them. All whith no rush and made me feel comfortable. I didn't feel not even a little bit intimidated as I did in other gyms. K also explained the other amenities and how I can take advantage of all there is to offer there. I look forward to visiting Worcester fitness again and again soon.
