• Yesterday was my orientation. Sam answered all questions and ensured I understood how each machine worked and Sahara it was for. Leah got all the upfront paperwork, picturetaking and membership keycard done before the orientation. Both Leah and Sam are very customer focused - they listen attentively and answer all questions.
