• 1. From a service standpoint, Mike was so kind and is such a great listener. He showed interest in my situation and outlined, in order of priority, all the services available to me that could help me. 2. I loved the nasal insufflation. While I didn't drain during the treatment, later that night it began along with some changes in my bronchial activity. 3.From an aesthetic standpoint, your office is calm, welcoming (thank you, Paula), beautifully pleasing and uplifting.
