• I had Carmen for a 90 min massage. She did a great job. I was super relaxed afterwards. The desk staff was very nice and helpful. The furniture in the two lounge area is very cozy. Love the blankets and the tea/trail mix is a nice touch. Improvements: 2nd floor ceiling vents need a good cleaning. The window sills in both lounge areas need to be wiped down and there was orange paint showing thru on the end window sill on the second floor. Hair bushes in the women's locker room need to be upgraded. Slippers squeak loudly when walking on non-carpeted areas. I used to supervise a spa so I notice the little details. All of these are quick fixes. I came by myself and had a very relaxing time. The v
