• Loved the atmosphere and the staff were so welcoming and accommodating. We were there for a friend reunion and they really made it possible for us to gather and enjoy. My beautician was spectacular- sorry forget her name-because I'm 60😉 She was really good and did an excellent job. I would come back all the way from Toronto just to stay at your hotel and enjoy your spa. Send me any specials or great deals I can watch out for

• The entry was very welcoming, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable of their services and the ambience in the Tranquility Lounge was very relaxing. After my services I didn't feel rushed out of the establishment I got still enjoy the lounge and the view and the customer service was grade A!
