• Hi there. I wanted me to reach out to you quick as my daughter and I stayed for a long weekend at your hotel. It was absolutely amazing and I couldn't be happier with our stay. So much so we have made another reservation for July ❤️ I did want to highlight a few exceptional employees. A gentleman named Owen in the horizon restaurant is worth his weight in gold. He was so great to Nora and is the most polite man ever!! Shlon, a stunning woman at the front desk each evening is a rockstar. Our last night there, she came around the desk and said I see you beautiful ladies are alone, could I take your picture so mom can have one of you both together, I was in tears she made my weekend as a single mom. Her interaction with us made me book another weekend in July. Lastly, Meghan in the spa is God's greatest gift to women (she saved me from a full panic attack) I love love her. Please just know, these individual employees make your hotel what it is. I have done a spectacular google review as well. Thank you so much 💝

• The stay was too short! I'm a local Rochestarian and just needed a relaxing getaway for the weekend . Everyone on staff was extremely helpful and kind. I regret not getting his name but the gentleman working the Cafe Saturday morning was super nice and Kitty at reception was as well! Everyone I came in contact with was fantastic. The easy access to the spa was great and it was a great experience. Peyton was amazing and walked me through the facial since it was my first one! Nataysha at reception was super helpful, answered all of my questions and made the experience smooth. All of the amenities and experiences make this specific hotel and spa stick out. I'd highly recommend the Woodcliff and will definitely be back!
