The entire Team at wonder yoga are such caring soles and brilliant and passionate at there craft of yoga. I personally over the last 3 months have made tremendous gains in flexibility that I have struggled with all my life with has resulted in serious back injuries and l am now starting to regain confidence again I’m my body that has continually failed me
My only regret is l didn’t find out about yin yoga 20 years ago
