Jess was wonderful, very knowledgable and informative., as i am recovering from a recent procedure she advised me on alot of things to do with Yoga, Barre & Sculpt which was excellent. For the first time i didnt experience any nausea which oftens happens a when i do any sort of Yoga so was happy about that....i will be returning.
