I loved the wonder sculpt class! Fantastic room and instructions!
It was my first time going to the studio and I was welcomed as if I'd been there for a long time- everyone was really friendly. It made me feel comfortable right from the start, like a warm bath. Community is in my opinion one of the most important factors in choosing a place to practice yoga and Wonder Yoga+Barre seems like a great place to find that space. Thank you so much!

I don’t want to sound like a wanker but hands down, Nige’s Monday night yoga flow was probably the best flow I’ve ever been guided through and I’ve done plenty of classes! A humbling, ego taming class with a beautiful balance of grounding and opening! Just ace!!
For a first time yogi I felt really supported in the class and had so much fun
