1. Free yoga is my favorite. 2. Susan was a great teacher. I felt comfortable with her. Some teachers do such elaborate poses I can't keep up and I get disheartened. Susan kept it real. She wasn't afraid to let us know when she goofed or when something was tricky. She has a delightful demeanor and sense of humor. I also loved the lavender wash cloth!
