Hi Nahede, we are very sorry that you feel this way. Prior to you, we have had a 100% success rate on our PMU services. Our PMU Artist has done over 800 brows, triple certified and insured and we take the utmost care with the client to ensure they get the best result. We have dived into your situation as we take things very seriously when you claim we do not care, your brows were too dark and the owner was haughty and defensive. You had black grayish eyebrows from a previous job and we did our best to create your brow of choice back in November when you came to us. You were made aware of the situation. You wanted them lighter however your already black grayish color did not get you your result and we are sorry. This was explained at your appointment. The owner tried her level best to speak to you and spent a very long time addressing your concerns several times and at some point was unable to keep spending that time with you. You paid for an annual PMU touch up at $300 despite our regular service being $650. We really tried to help and applied a dark brown. When you came back recently the owner spent a while giving you a pencil for your eyebrows that you requested, as you stated that you wanted them to look very dark for performances. You bought a Dark Gray pencil. You then started to email more than once requesting another meeting at this point the whole situation became a little uncomfortable for us. It was made very clear to you that the lighter eyebrow at this point could only be achieved by initial removal of your black gray eyebrows and we suggested we give you a removal studio as we do not do them. Please understand we have exhausted all efforts and we suggest you try to understand that you are unhappy with your previous color, not our work. If the work was not successful for you this was a risk you were aware of when you came to us. It has upset us that you would keep going like this, despite the amount of time we spent with you as part of our policy to care. We still truly hope you get the brows you want.

I tried lamination and decided to do my microblading touch-up here instead of with my usual artist in CA. Unfortunately Wink's artist went too dark and wasn't careful to space each line, so the ink bled and became a dark smudge. I didn't say anything about it for a long time because it was hard to know what was off at first. Then I thought maybe there's a fix, so I wrote the owner and asked her to please take a look and suggest what to do. I didn't blame or get mad or request a refund; I just hoped for a next step. I was really surprised by the response. The owner's note was haughty and defensive. To avoid arguing and just move forward, I asked if she would please look at me in person for a few minutes and share her thoughts. The owner did not respond further. I'm still surprised and confused by the dismissal, the lack of accountability, and the complete disinterest in their own vision. I hope no one reading this ever has a mistake happen to their face, but, should anything happen, Wink will not care.

Definitely ask for Amber or Farrah, they are so sweet and genuinely committed to giving you the best brows of your life. They spent a great amount of detail and attention to each brow and educated me about things that I actually knew nothing about, even though I've been getting them threaded for decades.
I don't know about you, but I love to be educated and learn from others, so thank you!
