• First, they were very flexible with changes I needed to make regarding my appointment. The massage therapist was responsive to my needs. The facility and overall service was definitely client centered. I have done massages in the past and this was one of the best experiences I've had.

• Everyone is always so pleasant and soothing, just what you need in a spa. The masseuse LISTENS to your concerns and desires and even offers suggestions for areas of concern. Never any pressure to "upgrade" services from the staff or the masseuse, just friendly and knowledgeable answers to any questions regarding services they provide. I enjoy and look forward to my massages.
