For my first time it was very welcoming and everyone was very nice!
Joining a gym was a very hard decision and something I avoided for a long time. I knew no matter what it would be hard and it was but it's done in a way that makes it fun. Beyond the atmosphere it was the instructors and staff who sold it for me. Everyone is just so Friendly. No judgements. No cliques. I feel welcomed.
Joey made the class fun and after our stretched we felt amazing all day!
